Maintenance is the unexciting work that stops all of that. We check the things that fail silently, apply the updates, keep the content current, and tell you what changed. It is the least glamorous thing we sell and probably the most valuable.

Built for a site someone else built
Businesses that already have a website (from another agency, another builder or another host) and want it kept healthy without moving it or starting again. It works best when the site is still structurally sound; if it is not, we will say so before you pay us anything.

Care plan or website package?
Starter, Growth and Complete include hosting and maintenance in the monthly figure. Do not add a care plan on top; you would be paying twice for the same work.
That is the whole distinction. We maintain what someone else made, wherever it currently lives.
Growth includes building and hosting your website as well as looking after it. If you are weighing the two and your current site is tired, Growth is usually the better buy.
Care keeps a site working; it does not try to move it up the rankings. Pair it with ongoing SEO work if enquiries are the goal.
